Sandeep Anand is an Indian Film and Television actor who is very popular these days for his role Billu in SAB TV’s comic serial FIR. FIR is one of the long running TV serialSandeep Anand in India. Sandeep’s character Billu is one of the very famous comic characters in Indian  Television.

Early Life and Education

Sandeep Anand was born in Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh, India)  to a Punjabi family . His father’s job used to require a lot of transfers and this gave Sandeep an opportunity to explore new places. He moved to Ujjain in 1994 to to her grandparents. He did his schooling from Ujjain. Sandeep started working in theater from very young age. He joined Kalidas Academy in Ujjain and performed in various theaters. He wanted to take admission in National School of Drama (NSD) but it could not possible. In 2006 he moved to Mumbai to pursue his career in Bollywood and TV industry.

He has directed two Greek plays (one being the famous King Odicus tragedy).  He started his career from Sun Yaar Chill Maar on UTV Bindas. He knows over 10 languages including Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Greek. He is a trained classical musician. He has done some TV commercials as well.  There is a news in B Town that Sandeep has signed a movie which also has Bollywood senior Mahesh Manjrekar.

Billu FIR

FIR is Sandeep’s biggest break so far. He is playing role of Police Constable Billu. Billu is a relative of Police Commissioner (Suresh Chatwal) and he has joined the team with top recommendation. He has a habit of not remembering the things appropriately. Billu sometimes consider himself a ‘chaiwala’ or someday become a bride’s disheartened father. With this habit everyone at the police station is quite irritated. They all want to get rid of this character, but couldn’t due to top orders. With this funny habits Billu creates a lot of comic situations.
